Scoped AI Agent Sprint

Launch one AI agent where your customers or team already engage.

We configure a single agent for one agreed channel—website embed, messaging workflow, or internal tool—grounded in approved knowledge, validate it against agreed scenarios, and complete one straightforward launch in your customer-owned environment.

One channel. One workflow. Tested scenarios. One agreed launch.

Projects start at $5,000 USD.

Fixed scope and final pricing confirmed before kickoff. Platform subscriptions, model usage, content cleanup, and custom integrations are quoted separately.

Greg Tech Advisory LLC is a solo consultancy. Delivery is led by the principal architect, with 20+ years in enterprise technology.

Your audience expects answers in the channel they use—not in a shared drive.

Answers scattered across documentation

Product, policy, and support content lives in multiple places; teams and visitors repeat the same searches.

Context takes time to assemble

Whether on a website chat or an internal tool, people piece together history before they can respond confidently.

Uncertainty needs to stay visible

When information is missing or conflicting, the agent should surface gaps—not hide them behind a confident tone.

Best fit

This sprint works well when several conditions are already in place:

  • You field repeated questions in one channel (site chat, messaging, or an internal queue).
  • You have an approved knowledge base—or can approve one—with a defined volume for the sprint.
  • One process owner can decide scope, test scenarios, and sign off on launch.
  • You can describe a measurable workload the agent should support (for example common product or policy questions).

What the agent helps with

Synthetic visitor question and knowledge excerpts for illustration only. Not a live client interface or production result.

Context and sources

Website chat · Replacement inquiry

Visitor question

“My item arrived defective two weeks ago—I have the receipt. Can I get a replacement, and what do you still need from me?”

Supplied conversation inputs (synthetic)

Provided with the chat session for this turn—not retrieved from external systems in the base sprint.

  1. Earlier: Visitor tried basic troubleshooting steps; issue persists.
  2. Visitor attached: Proof of purchase; notes that the serial on the receipt may not match the product label photo.
  3. Still unknown: Product eligibility and warranty tier (not supplied in this example).

Source review

  • Approved for this workflow

    Replacement Policy (current, 2024) · §2.1

“Eligible defective items may be considered for replacement within 30 days of delivery after product eligibility and warranty tier are confirmed.”

  • Excluded from approved collection

    Replacement FAQ (2019, superseded)

“All defective items qualify for immediate replacement within 14 days.” — retained in the library but not in the approved set for this agent.

Reply shown to the visitor

Thanks for the details. Based on our current replacement policy, defective items may be considered for replacement within 30 days of delivery after we confirm product eligibility and warranty tier. You mentioned the item arrived defective about two weeks ago and shared your receipt—that fits the timeframe, but we still need to verify eligibility and the serial number match before we can confirm next steps.

Staff escalation (not shown to visitor)

Confirm product eligibility, warranty tier, and serial mismatch before approving replacement or requesting more information from the customer.

Staff review the escalation note before any commitment is made. This example does not update records or bind the business to an outcome.

One agent. One channel. A defined workflow.

  1. Approved-knowledge retrieval

Configure answers grounded in the agreed knowledge collection, with source references where supported by the selected stack.

  2. Context summarization and routing

Summarize agreed inputs—conversation history, tickets, or form data—within approved access boundaries.

  3. Handling missing information

Define how the agent responds when sources are insufficient, conflicting, or outside the agreed scope.

  4. Scenario-based validation

Test representative questions and paths, including missing-information, permission, and failure scenarios.

  5. Documentation and handoff

Receive configuration documentation, test results, one handoff session, a bounded defect-correction window defined in the proposal, known limitations, and operating guidance for your environment.

Exact capabilities depend on your platform, entitlements, and the agreed implementation.

Clear boundaries before work begins.

Included scope, subject to proposal

  • One channel (website embed, messaging workflow, or internal tool)
  • One language
  • One defined agent workflow
  • One agreed knowledge collection within a stated volume limit
  • Agreed inputs the agent may access (including supplied conversation context where applicable)
  • One supported standard connection or embed for the chosen channel
  • Agreed test scenarios, human escalation path, and acceptance criteria
  • One straightforward launch in your agreed customer-owned environment
  • Documentation, handoff session, and bounded defect-correction window

Separately scoped

  • Additional channels or languages
  • Automated record updates or outbound commitments without review
  • Custom external integrations beyond the agreed channel
  • Additional marketing or outbound workflows
  • Extensive knowledge cleanup or content creation
  • Ongoing operation and enhancements

Standard delivery endpoint

Unless your proposal states otherwise, the sprint ends with a configured, tested agent and one straightforward launch in your agreed customer-owned environment (for example your live site embed, production messaging workflow, or internal tool you operate). Validation may use a preview or sandbox first; the stated endpoint is the agreed launch, not staging alone.

Additional environments, complex release trains, or integrations beyond one standard connection are scoped and priced separately.

Ownership, access, and operating costs

You own the platform accounts and environments the agent runs in unless the proposal states otherwise. The proposal also defines who owns the delivered configuration, prompts, workflow definitions, and any custom code or scripts created for the sprint, plus the admin access you need to operate and update them after handoff.

You maintain approved knowledge content after handoff. Before you accept the proposal, we document expected operating costs (model usage, hosting, and relevant third-party fees) based on agreed assumptions so you understand ongoing commitment; we refine estimates at kickoff if access or volume changes. A bounded defect-correction window for agreed acceptance criteria is defined in the proposal; ongoing support and enhancements are separately scoped.

Acceptance before kickoff

You and Greg Tech Advisory agree on representative scenarios, data the agent may access, expected source references where supported, handling of missing or conflicting information, access-boundary tests, and known limitations. Acceptance follows those criteria; AI outputs remain subject to human review where required.

Delivery process

  1. 1. Check fit

Confirm the channel, intended users, platform access, and project owner.

  2. 2. Agree scope

Review prerequisites and define deliverables, acceptance criteria, pricing, operating-cost assumptions, ownership terms, and delivery schedule.

  3. 3. Configure and validate

Build the agreed workflow and test it against representative scenarios.

  4. 4. Hand off

Deliver documentation, test results, handoff session, and the agreed launch in your environment.

Does your knowledge need preparation first?

If source content is outdated, inconsistent, or difficult to use, we can scope a Knowledge Readiness Sprint before implementation. If your sources are already suitable, we proceed directly to the agent workflow.

Knowledge preparation is scoped and priced separately from the $5,000 implementation starting point.

Questions

Website, messaging, or internal—which channel fits the sprint?

The base sprint covers one channel and one workflow. We confirm the best fit during scoping—for example a site embed, a WhatsApp workflow, or an internal support tool.

Do we need our own hosting and AI accounts?

Required platforms, model access, and usage arrangements must be confirmed before kickoff. The proposal includes an operating-cost estimate before you accept; hosting and usage charges are not included in the implementation fee.

Will the agent act on its own?

The initial package focuses on retrieval, summarization, and guided responses within agreed boundaries. Autonomous outbound actions and record updates are separately scoped.

What if our knowledge is not ready?

Knowledge preparation can be scoped separately before implementation.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery schedule is confirmed after reviewing scope, environment readiness, access, and customer dependencies.

What happens after handoff?

Your team receives documentation and operating guidance. Any correction period, ongoing support, or enhancements are defined in the proposal.

What do we receive for $5,000?

One channel, one workflow, agreed knowledge within volume limits, scenario testing, human escalation path, one straightforward launch in your customer-owned environment, documentation, handoff session, and a bounded defect-correction window. Platform usage, content cleanup, extra integrations, and ongoing operation are quoted separately.

How is the agent validated?

We test agreed questions and paths—including missing information, permissions, and failure scenarios—before handoff. Criteria are documented in the proposal; production use still requires human review where your process requires it.

Scope your AI agent.

Tell us which channel you have in mind, what the agent should help with, and where your project stands today.

After you submit, we review fit and follow up to arrange a scoping conversation. A fixed-scope proposal and pricing are confirmed before any paid work begins.

Projects start at $5,000 USD.

For example: website embed, WhatsApp via n8n, internal Slack tool, or your stack name.
